Our Swimming Display

On Friday the three Junior classes showed  their parents, grandparents and friends the water skills that they have been practising at school.  We loved it when Mr Telfer threw us into the pool wearing life jackets.  The spectators watched how we could float and keep calm in an emergency.

Our Science Table

In our room we have lots of hungry caterpillars eating their way through 12 swan plants. Mr Telfer and Mrs Trott had to keep buying more food for them. Thomas G brought some from his place too. Now we are watching the chrysalises very carefully and counting the number of days they take to change into butterflies. We have learned that this is known as metamorphosis and we can sing a song to explain the different stages.
